Xiaoyu began her journey in Tokyo, Japan five years ago!
Most recently, she is leading Product Design at Joy-with-Paws Inc. Previously, Xiaoyu has designed for companies such as Woven by Toyota, DJI, Walmart, and Microsoft, and has also collaborated with multiple startups.
She sharpened her design thinking and methodology through the Master of Human-Computer Interaction + Design program at the University of Washington, Seattle. Most recently, she is leading Product Design at Joy-with-Paws Inc.

She is a Product Designer with over 8 years of experience working on wide range of products. As a designer with background in Computer Science and Fine Arts, she enjoys solving complex problem, service design, as well as crafting interaction detail logic.
She is happiest when she is working together with passion-driven and open-minded people.
Outside of work, she enjoys sketching, walking with her dog, and learning random bits of trivia about life. She’s currently based in Tokyo—but always happy to hop around the world.
